General Terms and Conditions of Payment

  • A deposit of 50% of the total participation fee is required no later than 7 days before arrival.
    You can pay the deposit by bank transfer or SZÉP card.

  • In all transactions, please always indicate the BOOKING NUMBER and the PAYER’S BILLING ADDRESS in the field of reference.

The remaining fees, the tourist tax (in 2021, 350 HUF/person/night over 18 years), and other services used must be paid at the hotel: in cash, by credit card (Maestro, Visa, Mastercard) or SZÉP card (OTP SZÉP Kártya, K&H SZÉP Kártya, MKB SZÉP Kártya).

Cancellation policy

Free cancellation is possible up to 3 days before arrival. If the cancellation request is not submitted in writing prior to the 3rd day before arrival or is not received, a cancellation fee of at least 50% of the services has to be paid.
We are flexible on advance payment rules during the Covid public health emergency!
Please note that during special holiday periods payment terms may be subject to change!

Policy and data protection

Pets are allowed in the designated Classic rooms by prior arrangement. Pet surcharge: 3.000- Ft/ pet/night.

According to the Government Decree on the introduction of the National Tourist Information Centre (NTAC) (Government Decree 237/2018 (XII.10.)), our hotel is also obliged to provide certain data digitally. All guests’ data must be collected as a condition of their stay!
